Dennis had a free night, so he stopped into the Leaky to surprise Orla, only to be surprised by a pair of werewolves. He was knocked unconscious after being thrown over the bar and into all the liquor bottles. Orla took him to St. Mungo's before collecting his parents to see him. Neville sent an owl inviting Dennis to a celebratory drink and Dennis in turns invited Orla. He accepted the invite to Ginny's housewarming, but ended up not being able to attend because of school. Dennis reluctantly allowed himself to be auctioned off.

Dennis spends his lunch hour watching George and Gracie. He finally meets Olra's parents with mixed results. Dennis attempts to develop a moving picture. He accepts the invite to Harry's birthday.

Dennis arrives home and back to grindstone in the hops of getting time off to see Orla. He is invited to do an internship at the Welsh Dragon Reserve. Dennis sends Orla an owl and flowers and they make plans for her to visit the dairy over the weekend.

Dennis has his apparation test with some mixed results</a> before finding a moment to miss Colin. Dennis convinces Orla to take a break before exams begin. Once they do, Dennis finds himself asleep in the common room in an uncomfortable position. Dennis spends the Farewell Feast thinking about next year.

Dennis sends Bronwyn out for some fresh air with a note to his parents, who sent him a basket on Easter and so did Hermione. Thinking about the future, he asked Hagrid if he wanted an assistant and then he tells Orla he loves her after a really difficult day.

Dennis attempts to skip class but is caught by Zach. As the month goes on, Dennis has some trouble sleeping. He and Orla take a walk and study under their tree.

Dennis sees something he never thought he'd see and he owls George about it. Orla surprises Dennis for Valentine's Day. Dennis takes Orla to the kitchens to sneak a dessert for her birthday. Dennis spends some time in the Gryffindor common Room with his thoughts.

Dennis has Orla over to the diary for a movie. Hermione offers to help Dennis to London before he heads back to Hogwarts. He runs into Luna when he gets himself an owl as a gift from his parents for his birthday. Using Bronwyn, his new pet, he sends Hermione a Thank you.

Orla helps Dennis get over his depression. On the way to breakfast, he thinks the portraits are playing tricks on him. And nothing like some last minute shopping before the boy can get his girl the perfect gift.

Dennis and Orla discussed her, ummm, disturbing dream at breakfast two weeks before the field trip to the Welsh Dragon Reserve. However, the month wasn't all happy thoughts. Dennis came to an unsettling realization.

Dennis' meeting with the Headmistress McGonagall didn't go was well as expected. After seeking some advice from George about getting into the kitchens, Dennis asks Orla out for their first date. Hogsmeade Weekend sends Dennis to Honeydukes where he runs into Harry. The Dragon Reserve field trip is approved and Dennis sends off his excitement to Charlie.

Dennis headed back to Hogwarts and got a surprise from Orla. Charlie sent Dennis an owl about the dragons along with a picture. Orla and Dennis share a private moment in the library

Dennis and Ginny send invites for the Gryffindor Potluck. At the Potluck, Dennis meets Charlie Weasley, which turns out to be a good thing because after sending Ginny some birthday wishes he sees something unusual in the sky. He sends Charlie some photos before meeting up with Orla for some school shopping. While shopping he begins to notice her and notice her in a more than "just friends" kind of way. Needing some advise, he sends Ginny an owl. Dennis helps Charlie set a trap for the missing dragons.

Dennis met up with Ginny to discuss their Gryffindor party. His mum’s birthday sent Dennis back to Diagon Alley, where Neville helped him pick out a gift as well invite him to a DA gathering, After finding another fence broken, Dennis ran into Orla and she offered to help him figure out what was making the cows crazy. When a local farmer claimed to have seen a flying cow, Dennis began to think maybe it wasn’t his cows after all that are breaking the fence. He became distracted by Neville’s gathering that he forgot the Gryffindor potluck with Ginny. He sent her an owl for his forgetfulness.

Upon his return to the dairy, Dennis discovered his love for sleeping late as well as some strange break in the fencing. Less than a week later, the fence was broken again! He headed into London for some help and ran into Ginny. They talk about a possible Gryffindor reunion. It will be another week before he gets a chance to check the fence again. It has mended, but there are some strange scratches in the wood. Before his next day off, Dennis sent an owl to Ginny asking her for some time to talk about the reunion.
